Passenger App
Passenger can register in few steps and add their card details from the passenger app. They can make an instant or schedule booking from the app and wait for the drivers to accept the booking and once accept, trip is started. Once trip ended passenger can make the payment from their added payment details and can rate the driver as per the trip experience.
Driver App
Driver can register in few steps in the app and add their bank accounts from the driver app. They then need to add fleet and driver documents to verify from the administrator. Once verified, they are ready to accept the bookings from the passenger. Driver can accept the instant or scheduled trips from the passenger, once they accept the jobs and complete the jobs, they can receive from the payment directly to their bank account on schedule basis.
Admin
Taxi & Private Hire Dispatchers receive booking requests from customers via phone, mobile app, or website.
And check availability of taxis in the area and assign the nearest available drivers to the booking. Dispatchers communicate booking details to the assigned taxi driver, including pick-up location and customer contact information. They monitor the progress of the taxi on its way to the pick-up location and update the customer as necessary. Keep accurate records of all bookings and customer interactions. Admin manage the payment schedule to the drivers as well.
